Application Procedure
- Please complete the application form. Answer all questions. Application, transcripts and evaluations must be postmarked
ASAP. Items must by complete before interviews for comissions take place.
- Request that an official transcript (Advisor copy is acceptable) from all Schools you have attended be sent to:

Foreign degree transcripts must be accompanied by a U.S. degree equivalency evaluation. Foreign degree transcript evaluation must show break down of subject and subject grades. We do not accept international students. Our program is not recognized by immigrations.
- Submit references from one teacher or one from an employer. Please have evaluator use the enclosed evaluation form. Evaluations from friends and relatives are NOT ACCEPTABLE. General Letters of recommendation are NOT ACCEPTABLE
- You will be notified by e-mail as items above are received. If you DO NOT receive notice within two weeks after sending an item, please call
313-993-8852.
- Personal interviews are required. Interviews are scheduled as soon as info packet is complete. Interviews will ONLY be scheduled if your application file is complete. When you have been notified that your file is complete, please call the Program Director at (313) 993-8852. If she is not in her office, call education cordinator @ 313-966-7373, leave a telephone number with the time of day where you can be reached. If a message is left on the answering machine, please talk slowly and clearly , giving telephone number twice.
