Welcome to The School of Phlebotomy


Phlebotomy Clinical Program

The School of Phlebotomy is located at Old Hutzel Hospital located at 4707 St. Antoine Blvd SG33, Detroit, Michigan 48201

The program accepts 4 students at a time 100 hours + 100 sticks of clinical training. The program starts in May 10th and ends July. 25th. However the program reserves the right to change the start and completion dates provided due notice is given to applicants.

The overall objective of the program is to provide adequate and meaningful experiences for the student in order to prepare him/her to perform with competence. On completion of the program the student will be able to receive a certificate and be eligible to take the ASCP (PBT) exam.

The program is dedicated to Fair Practices in education as set by the Committee of Allied Health and Education, January 1978 (revised 1979). Veterans are also encouraged to apply.
